Raised in Oxford, UK, Rob's earliest memories involve navigating the River Thames aboard his family's cabin cruiser. Transitioning from a career as a Mechanical Maintenance engineer, he ventured into founding and managing a reputable special purpose machine design and manufacturing enterprise. Ten years later, he seized the opportunity to pursue his lifelong passion for power boats and motor yacht sales, commencing with the distribution of Crownline boats and yachts in Weymouth, UK, before relocating to the USA. Upon settling in the Midwest and enjoying a lakeside boating lifestyle, Rob eventually made his way to the Bay Area over a decade ago. There, he applied his expertise in various roles within a leading new boat dealership, encompassing sales consultancy, management, and operations development. Throughout his tenure, either directly or in a leadership capacity, Rob facilitated the sale, commissioning, and delivery of numerous new luxury yachts to clients across the Bay Area and West Coast. His extensive experience navigating the waters of the West Coast and beyond underscores his proficiency as a boat handler and operator. A resident of Tiburon, CA, since his arrival in San Francisco, Rob takes pride in his membership with the CYBA and the San Francisco Yacht Club, reflecting his deep-rooted connection to the maritime community.

For nearly thirty years, Ed dedicated himself to the television and film industry as a Cinematographer while simultaneously pursuing competitive personal watercraft racing for over a decade. Hailing from Southern California, Ed's affinity for the water has been a lifelong pursuit. With a particular passion for large vessels, Ed transitioned seamlessly into yacht sales, amassing over seven years of experience in the field. Today, as a 100-ton Master Captain, Ed boasts a track record of success not only in sales and captaining but also in vessel management for clients, as well as providing instruction and guidance in boat handling to new owners
